F/V Sound Crazy

18 Passenger (Operated with 14)

This is our newest boat which serves fishing adventures out of Seward, Alaska and live aboard hunting in Whittier Alaska. The Sound Crazy is a 2019 custom made walk around 46’x16′ Newton hull with Delta fit and finish. There are twin Cummins QSL9 405 HP Diesel engines that allow this vessel to cruise at 20 knots or 23 mph. State of the Art SIMRAD and GARMIN electronics package. It features seating for 14 with 2 dinette tables and 8 bunks.

The F/V Sound Crazy is a 5 star USCG rated vessel and features all of the required safety equipment needed. There is an EPIRB, 18 person Life Raft, Fire extinguishing system for the engine rooms as well as hand held extinguishers on each level, fire alarms and CO2 alarms. Personal flotation devices are located under the seats and donning procedures are mounted in the rear of the main cabin.

F/V Strait Crazy

14 Passenger Vessel (Operates with 12)

This vessel is a custom built aluminum mono-hull with a raised pilothouse and a LOA of 40′ and a beam of 15′. She has excellent stability and plenty of power. With twin Volvo Penta Diesel 380 HP engines and DuoProp Drives, she cruises very comfortably at 26 knots or about 32 mph. This allows us to travel much faster than most vessels her size.

The main cabin features twin dinette tables and bench style seating adequate and comfortable for  up to 12 passengers. The pilot house is outfitted with state of the art navigational equipment and a FLIR thermal Imaging camera system. The cabin is heated with a large forced air furnace and also red dot engine heat off of the engines. There is a stand up bathroom or head located on the Port side of the vessel that is accessed from the outside of the boat. The bathroom has a standard marine electric head and and sink and also features heat.

The decks are all self bailing and flush aside from the step up to the raised bridge. This style of vessel is also known as a walk around as you can easily walk/fish all the way around the boat. This allows us to fish more comfortably than on a typical 6 pack platform.

F/V Crazy Ray

6 Passenger Vessel

Our custom built NorthRiver SeaHawk Offshore properly named the “Crazy Ray”, is a 32′ vessel with a 10′ Beam which provides for excellent stability while fishing in the ground swells often encountered in the Gulf of Alaska. It features twin Yamaha 300HP outboards with fly by wire technology controls and Yamaha’s Command Link Plus System. She cruises at around 30 knots very comfortably and safely. NorthRiver designed this boat with an aggressive dead rise which means less hull slap than other boats leading to a more comfortable ride for our clients.A Garmin 6212 GPS Chartplotter and Sonar combination allows us to use state of the art equipment for navigation and pinpoint accuracy while targeting fish.

We have all of the required safety equipment on the boat for operating under our OUPV 6Pack License through the United States Coast Guard as well. The back deck of the boat is 10′ long and 10’ wide which provides for tons of space for fishing our 6 clients. More space also leads to less tangles and more time with hooks in the water catching fish.


6 Passenger Vessel

Our custom built 30’ Sea Raider “#ICRAZY II” features a 9’6” beam which provides for a very stable fishing platform. She has an aggressive dead rise which gives it a smooth riding hull. It features twin Yamaha 225 HP outboard engines that give all the power we could ask for. She cruises at 30 knots which gives us the ability to get to the fishing grounds as efficiently as possible.

Inside the boat the “#ICRAZY II” features bench style seating for up to 6 people plus twin captains chairs. There is a private marine head (toilet) located on the back deck as well as adequate storage area’s for stowing gear. The boat is also equipped with an Espar Diesel Heater which provides plenty of heat on those cold mornings.

The #ICRAZY II also features state of the art Electronic navigational equipment to include 24mile radar for navigating in low light or heavy fog conditions. A Garmin 720 GPS Chartplotter and Sonar combination allows us to use the best equipment for navigation and pinpoint accuracy while targeting fish.

We have all of the required safety equipment on the boat for operating under our OUPV 6 Pack License through the United States Coast Guard as well.
The back deck of the boat is 8′ long and 9’6”’ wide which provides for tons of space for fishing our 6 clients. More space also leads to less tangles and more time with hooks in the water catching fish.
